Our Cooperative has got last October new orders for ALCOLOR Machines to manufacture and export
One PTA 250x4 taping machine to USA and
One PTA 500x6 MS to UAE/Dubai.
A) The export to Dubai/UAE
Early in March 2018 we shipped the big model of our PTA machines to Dubai.
It can treat large profiles of up to 500 mm wide and 200 mm high aluminium sections.

B) The export to California / USA. On Dec 18th 2017 we finished the machine for USA applying the PRISMA SERIES new design for taping machines. Below some photos:

The machine's manufacturing was just finished and the alyminium bar taping was done for demonstrating the way it operates.
C) A third export o California on June 2018 for the same PRISMA series machine.

I hope all is well. We have the machine up and running and it is working as expected. It was damaged during shipping, wire cord ripped off and a dent in the electrical box, but we were able to fix and have it running.
Today you should have received the final 10% payment. Please let me know if you don’t see that.
There is another curtain wall glazing company here that we showed your machine to and they should be in contact with you in purchasing one as well.
