ALCOLOR operates in Aluminium sector for more than 40 years. Founded by Dr Eng. George N. Vamvakoussis, initially involved with Extrusion Presses, Anodizing plants & Pretreatment Chemicals.

Today, ALCOLOR specializes in Metal decoration & protection. We design and manufacture equipment for the Protection, Packing and Decorating Aluminium Profiles and Sheets.

We export our machines in Middle East countries, USA, Australia, South Indian Ocean & Europe.

Moreover, we deal with Powder Coating Plants, Glass Sandblasting Machines & Embossing Presses for aluminium sheets in the panel door industry.

We cooperate with the most sophisticated international companies, supplying superior products for coating and wood effect sublichromia technology. Powder coatings of PULVERIT, Pulse Power Coating Guns of PARKER IONICS, Heat Transfer Films of MIROGLIO SUBLITEX, Quality Control Instruments (Qualicoat) of TQC & DeFelsko.

1ος Τομέας βιομηχανικού εξοπλισμού

Μελέτη αυτόματης γραμμής διακίνησης βεργών προφίλ αλουμινίου για εργοστάσιο διέλασης και κάθετης ηλεκτροστατικής βαφής πούδρας για βέργες προφίλ αλουμινίου.

Παρακάτω η γενική διάταξη της γραμμής αυτόματης διακίνησης των βεργών από την έξοδο της κάθετης βαφής στο σημείο του χειριστή Α μέχρι μέσω του αυτόματου buffer και του Δ να φτάσουν στους Γ και Β που παραλαμβάνουν μία μία τις μπάρες και τις προωθούν στην εγκατάσταση του τυλιχτικού (μπλε χρώμα ο ήδη εγκατεστημένος buffer).

Παραγωγικότητα μέχρι 8 βέργες το λεπτό. Κάθε βέργα μεγέθους διατομής από 20χ20 έως 200χ200 χιλ. Και μήκους από 4 έως 7 μέτρα.

1st Sector of Industrial Equipment

Study of the automatic aluminum rods handling line for factories with vertical electrostatic paint powder coating for aluminum profile rods.

Below, the general layout of the line of automatic handling of the rods from the exit of the vertical powder coating at the point where the operator A stands, through the automatic buffer and D operator position, reaches the C and B operators who receive the rods one at a time and place them into the wrapping installation including the already installed buffer (in blue colour at the drawing).

Productivity up to 8 rods per minute. Cross section size of the rods from 20x20 mm to 200x200 mm, and length from 4 to 7 meters.
